HOW MANY STUDENTS DO THE BUSES HOLD?

School bus capacity depends on how many students are placed in a seating row. Our buses can either seat 84 students with 3 in each seat, or 56 with 2 in each seat. We also have 2 mini coaches, which hold 24 and 26 passengers, respectively. Browse the Fleet >

WHAT KIND OF CERTIFICATION DO YOUR BUS DRIVERS HAVE?

All NCST drivers are CHP (California Highway Patrol) certified. Additionally, they are randomly drug tested and undergo in-service training 6 times a year which consistently instructs them in accident scene control, student-driver conduct, and other essential transportation-related components.

IS THERE A LOST AND FOUND?

Yes. Our buses are cleaned every night and checked for forgotten items. If anything is found, the item(s) are held at our office.

WHEN SHOULD I SUBMIT MY REQUEST FOR A FIELD TRIP?

As soon as you begin planning one! The earlier your trip request is submitted to our office, the faster your field trip is in our books and your buses are reserved.

DO YOU OFFER TRANSPORTATION FOR NON-ACADEMIC EVENTS?

Yes. Along with regular school trips we frequently book non-academic events and will make every effort to accommodate any particular trip on a case-by-case basis. Examples of non-academic transportation services you can book with us are:

  • Wedding transportation

  • Festival transportation

  • Fundraiser transportation

  • Party/Event shuttles

  • Birthday party transportation

  • Private event drivers

  • And more!

IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?

We courteously ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your trip. There is a minimum seven (7) day notice of cancellation to avoid paying a cancellation fee on your booked trip due to incurred cost.

I HAD A CHANGE IN MY TRIP, CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE A MODIFICATION TO MY BOOKING?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any changes in your trip, and we will address it to determine if your change can be approved. Please note that requests made within seven (7) days of your scheduled trip may not be accommodated.
